1. Over View
These heating and drying ovens are available in 7 sizes with a comprehensive range of accessories, e.g. loading trolleys, temperature controller etc. They can be used globally for heating and drying processes in the production and research.
This series of reliability test for industrial products / production, with the features of high temperature control precision and wide control range, performance indicators in line with GB5170.2.3.5.6-95 "electric and electronic products environmental testing equipment Inspection methods for basic parameters of high-temperature test equipment" and meet the standard.
2. Features of portable small laboratory vacuum drying oven device:
1. Made of high quality coated stainless steel plate, processed with electrostatic powder spraying; the coat is hard and firm, with strong rust resistance.
2. The test space for the high quality matte stainless steel plate, round shape, easy to clean.
3. Between housing and inner steel plate, filled with rock wool and ceramic wool thermal insulation material, so the drying oven has good thermal insulation function, effectively guarantee high temperature bearing capacity and the accuracy of the stability of the temperature in the cabinet and the use of the environment.
4. The door is for multi-hollow glass structure, the material heated in the oven can be observed clearly, and have good heat insulation effect. Can effectively avoid burns operator.
5. Test space and equipped with heat resistant rubber sealing ring between the glass door, to ensure to achieve high vacuum degree in the box.
6. The outer surface of the heater is installed on the inner wall of the test area, to improve the uniformity of the temperature in the cabinet as much as possible, and to facilitate the room clean.
